What this site collects.
This website exists to introduce the clinic and to run a waitlist while we build toward opening in Draper, Utah in Late 2026. If you join the waitlist, we store the information you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, and the areas of care you tell us you're interested in. That information goes into a database we control and is used for exactly one purpose: keeping you informed about the clinic and your place in line.
If you never fill out the form, the site stores nothing that identifies you.
Analytics.
We use Vercel Analytics to understand which pages people visit. It is anonymous and aggregate: page counts, not people. It does not build a profile of you, and we don't connect it to the waitlist.
What this site does not collect.
This website is not a patient portal, and nothing you do here creates a medical record. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, health information through this site: no symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or lab results. The waitlist form collects contact details and interest areas only, and we treat it that way.
What we never do.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. The list exists so that the people who asked to hear from us, hear from us. That is the whole arrangement.
Removing your information.
If you'd like your details removed from the waitlist, reach us through the waitlist form and say so, and we'll delete your entry. When the clinic opens, this page will be replaced with a full policy that includes direct contact details.
