Peri runs on a membership: one ongoing arrangement that covers the visits, the labs and the follow-through, instead of a new bill every time something needs attention.
Because hormone care takes months, not a visit.
Most medical care is one visit at a time: something goes wrong, you are seen, you get a bill. Hormone care does not work that way. A starting dose is a starting point. Levels shift, symptoms respond, and the plan has to move with them. That takes attention over months, and a practice built around a fifteen-minute visit cannot give it.
I do not bill insurance for my care. If you need a procedure done in an outpatient surgery center I can work with your insurance for that portion, and for medications I will work with you to find the best available pricing. The reasoning is on the why cash-pay page.
With a membership, a follow-up question or a dose change does not mean another bill.
What a year at Peri looks like.
A long first visit
Long enough to hear the whole pattern: symptoms, history, what has already been tried, and the question you actually came with.
Labs read together
A panel chosen from that conversation, repeated on a schedule that fits your treatment, and explained line by line.
The same physician at every adjustment
Hormones do not hold still. When a dose, a route or the plan itself needs to change, the decision is made by the physician who knows your chart.
